Cookie Policy

Last updated September 18, 2025

Overview

When you visit or access our websites and mobile applications (“Websites”) of Pro Sportority (Israel) Ltd., and its affiliated companies (“Minute Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) or use any other digital services where our Cookie Policy is posted (together, “Services”), we may use (and authorize third parties to use) certain tracking technologies as listed below (collectively referred to as “Cookies”).

Depending on where you are located, you may be able to adjust your cookie and tracking technology settings by clicking on “Manage Preferences” in the footer of our websites. We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will provide reasonable notice of material changes as required by applicable law.

What Are “Tracking Technologies”?

We use a variety of tracking technologies to deliver and improve our Services. These include:

  • Cookies: Small text files (composed only of letters and numbers) that a web server places on your computer or mobile device when you visit a webpage. Cookies help us remember your preferences and improve your experience.

  • Pixels: Small images on a web page or in an email that collect information about your browser or device, and can set cookies. Also known as web bugs, clear GIFs, or single-pixel GIFs.

  • SDKs (Software Development Kits): Blocks of code embedded in our applications that enable us to collect data about how you interact with our apps, your device, and your usage patterns.

  • Web Beacons: Invisible picture files used as part of our Services to see how you interact with our content, such as whether you opened an email or viewed a page.

  • Mobile Device IDs: Unique identifiers assigned to a mobile device that can be used to identify that device for analytics and advertising purposes across apps.

  • Local Storage: Data stored on your device (beyond session cookies) to retain preferences such as login credentials or language settings across visits.

  • HTML5 Local Storage: Information stored locally in your browser that persists after the browser window is closed. We use this only for non-sensitive preferences.

Why Use Cookies?

We use Cookies and other tracking technologies for several distinct purposes. Understanding these categories can help you make informed choices about your preferences.

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: These Cookies are essential to enable you to login, navigate around and use the features of our Services, or to provide a service requested by you. Without them, Services you have asked for (such as maintaining a logged-in session) cannot be provided.

  • Functionality Cookies: These Cookies allow our Services to remember choices you make (such as your language or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personalized features. These may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages.

  • Performance Cookies: These Cookies collect information about your online activity (for example, the duration of your visit and the pages you look at), helping us improve how our Services work and understand which features are most useful to our users.

  • Marketing or Advertising Cookies: These Cookies are used to deliver tailored offers and advertisements to you, based on your derived interests, and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

  • Social Media Cookies: Our Services may include social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” or “Share” buttons. These features may collect your IP address, the page you are visiting on our Services, and set a Cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features are governed by the privacy statement of the company that provides them.

Storing Cookies

Cookies placed on your device can originate from two sources:

  • First Party Cookies: Cookies set directly by Minute Media when you visit our Websites. These are controlled entirely by us and are used to provide and improve our Services.

  • Third Party Cookies: Cookies placed by analytics service providers, business partners, and advertisers. These parties may collect information about your online activities across our Websites and other websites or services over time.

The use of Third Party Cookies is governed by the privacy and cookie policies of those third parties, over which Minute Media has no control.

How to Manage Your Cookies Settings

You have several options to control or limit how Cookies are used. Note that your choice to opt out is device- or browser-specific, and you will need to manage your preferences for each device or browser you use. By deleting or blocking Cookies, some features of our Services may not work properly.

  • Preference Center: Depending on where you are located (including users in the EEA, UK, and certain US states), you can manage your Cookie preferences by clicking “Manage Preferences” in the footer of our Websites. This allows you to opt in or out of specific categories of Cookies.

  • Browser Settings: Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings preferences. You can typically set your browser to block cookies, delete existing cookies, or notify you when a cookie is being placed. Instructions are available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and other major browsers via their help pages.

  • Mobile Device Settings: On mobile devices, you can typically manage advertising preferences through your device settings (e.g., “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS, or resetting your advertising ID on Android). Refer to your device manufacturer’s documentation for specific instructions.

  • Third-Party Opt-Out Services: Industry opt-out tools allow you to signal your preferences across multiple companies at once. See §5 below for details on available resources, including the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and regional equivalents.

Turning Off Third-Party Advertising Cookies or Ads

You can opt out of third-party advertising Cookies through the following industry-managed resources. Please note that opting out means the advertising you receive will be less relevant to you, but it does not reduce the number of advertisements you see.

  • Network Advertising Initiative (NAI): www.networkadvertising.org/choices

  • Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA — US): optout.aboutads.info

  • European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA — EU): www.youronlinechoices.com

  • Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (DAAC): youradchoices.ca

  • IAB Europe and IAB US Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF)

These opt-outs are device- and browser-specific. If you clear your cookies, use a different browser, or use a different device, you will need to opt out again.
